My first evening in Ibiza 2025 didn’t exactly start like an epic adventure.
After checking into the hotel in Sant Antoni, I was hungry – and craving something simple: a good burger. A quick look around and I ended up at The Rider Corner, just a few minutes’ walk from where I was staying. Turned out to be a great decision.
Later that evening we learned that it was actually their opening night of the season. So in a way, we got lucky. Perfect timing. But the real surprise came after we paid the bill.
As a thank-you for showing up on day one, we were given free entry to a party two days later called Pantheøn at Cova Santa. I’d never been, so naturally I was curious. The event promised a lot: gods, mythology, electronic beats, and a sunset ritual high up in the Ibiza hills. And that’s exactly what it delivered.
Cova Santa is a stunning venue with a large outdoor space. The early part of the night was all about golden light, live performances, people in elaborate costumes, and an atmosphere that felt more like a dream than a party.
Before going, I had checked in with the event organizers to ask if I could bring my camera and take a few shots. They were fine with it – and although I kept a very low profile (this wasn’t meant to be a photo gig), I couldn’t resist capturing a few moments.
